Thermoforming is the process of heating, shaping, cooling and trimming thermoplastic sheet into products.     What is the average tool cost for Thermoforming tooling? Tool costs vary widely depending upon a variety of factors including material, complexity, tolerances and aesthetic requirements. All Algus' high volume production tools are designed from high strength water cooled aluminum that will consistently yield the same part within processing parameters year-after-year     What is required by your engineering group to begin a project?
