Description
The U8M is designed for a broad range of applications for the medical device, pharmaceutical and related industries. The U8M can be used for carded pill packs, clinical trial, unit dose, foil lids, specialty films, conventional carded blister packs and custom sealing.
Providing the flexibility that optimizes performance and investment cost. Our unique modular design allows for multiple machine configurations, alterations and expansions based upon your unique needs and growth. Servo operated modules allow for “plug and run” reconfiguration without requiring any change to the other modular units.

Operation
- Tray feed automatically into nesting trays
- Operator loads product into tray (4 positions)
- Lid stock is automatically heat sealed to trays flange only
- Suction cups lift the packages from the nesting tray
and place them face down onto customer’s take-off conveyor or table - Use for face seal blister packs, trapped blister (double card)
