Outside loading of blister(s), card(s) and finished package unload stations are all standard. Universal 8 packaging systems can produce all of the typical blister package including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and mock-clamshell with proper seal tooling installed.

Operation
- Blisters and cards feed automatically into nesting trays
- Operator loads product into tray (4 positions)
- Card is automatically heat sealed to blister flange at predetermined temperature, pressure, and dwell time settings.
- Suction cups lift the packages from the nesting tray and place them face down onto customer’s take-off conveyor or table.
